Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By signing up, accessing, or integrating with the APIs, developer software development kits (SDKs), or user interfaces provided by Nuvi-X AI ("Nuvi-X", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. License & API Usage
Subject to compliance with these terms and payment of applicable subscription fees, Nuvi-X grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform, execute autonomous agent swarms, synthesize real-time voice streams, and process documents via our API endpoints.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source weights of proprietary foundation models, or bypass rate-limiting controls enforced on our AWS edge distribution networks.
3. Customer Ownership of Outputs
Between you and Nuvi-X, you retain all right, title, and intellectual property ownership in the input prompts and the resulting generated outputs (including synthesized audio files, extracted financial tables, and agent reasoning logs) produced through your authorized use of our services.
4. 99.99% Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Nuvi-X commits to providing 99.99% Monthly Uptime for Enterprise Scale and Dedicated Cloud subscriptions, supported by Amazon Web Services multi-Availability Zone (Multi-AZ) failover clusters. If monthly availability falls below this threshold, affected enterprise accounts are eligible for prorated service credits as specified in their enterprise order form.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You may not use Nuvi-X services for:
- Generating deceptive deepfake audio impersonating individuals without their explicit written consent.
- Conducting distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks or automated vulnerability probing.
- Violating applicable state, federal, or international laws and regulations.
6. Fees & Cancellation
Subscription plans renew automatically on a monthly or annual billing cycle based on your selected preference. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing console. Upon cancellation, your API access will remain active until the conclusion of the current prepaid billing period.
